Hey, I am 21 years old, dark-skinned african american, and I am wanting to get into the makeup thing. The only thing I wanna wear is eyeliner, and mascara, and that liquid eyeliner stuff on top...anywho, I want to wear more, like eyeshadow, and stuff.
