Question by mh: pretty, neutral eye makeup for pale skin, light brown eyes and black hair?
I'm not extremely pale, but my black hair and eyebrows tend to overpower my light skin tone. I used to wear a lot of grey and black eye makeup, but recently I've been into a more natural style. The problem is, most shades of brown that I try wind up looking strange since my eyes are a very light golden shade of brown, yet my eyebrows are black. any suggestions on colors that can work wit
