Question by dlz: What color eye shadow looks best with a tan skin tone and dark brown eyes?
My cousins birthday is coming up and I wanted to get her eye shadow and a lot of other makeup. She has really dark brown eyes and a tan skin tone. What eye shadow would look best for her?

Answer by AlexaSame with my friend and I've found from doing her makeup (I frequently do my friends makeup because its fun) that a bright blue looks the best or maybe a dark blue, but not too dark.
