Question by Shyan Swift: Whats the best makeup for Dark blonde hair blue eyes and ivory skin tone?
I am buying all new make up but I want to make sure I get whats best for me. It cant be super expensive(Im on a budget) but I would like it if it were not super cheap quality. All help is appreciated!! THNX.
