Blue Black dramatic eyeshadow makeup tutorial mac/Illamasqua inspired.
Just a very brief duotone eyeshadow tutorial, several variations can work with this look, I would recommend trying pink instead of the teal colour. I like vlogging half naked, if it offends you.
