What do you think of a 11 year old girl wearing makeup? I know this girl she wears lip gloss, and she wears black eye liner on the bottom of her eyes. But she only wear eyeliner on Fridays. Do you agree?
she can wear eyeliner only on fridays because everyday will be too much or something like dat..
