Applying a Texturizer or S Curl to Black Hair Part Two
How I apply a texturizer, or Scurl, to my hair. Things I Used: 1 Comb (with medium spaced teeth) 2 Texturizing creme, a relaxer creme may also be used...see recording... 3 Neutralizing Shampoo 4 Activator (I use Scurl's "No Drip") 5 Moisturizer for the hair and scalp (optional...make sure it's something light without petroleum...I suggest Hollywood Beauty's "Carrot Cream") 6 Towel 7 Warm Water Source...
