Question by Penny: Is there any cream or lotion an african-american can put on there legs to lighten dark blotches on the skin?
I am an african-american female and I have dark blotches on my legs. I was thinking about putting some coco butter on them, but I don't know if that will help. Anybody know any creams or lotions that would help lighten the dark spots.
