Question by bengy: How do you get rid of dark circles (tone)?
I have dark circles under my eyes, but it's Not Puffy, so that's not a problem for me. I just want to get rid of the dark/blueish/black tone of under eye circles. Any tips? And how long will it take?
And no makeup/concealer/cucumber or potato or tea bags ideas (since they're for puffiness).

if u put too much it'll look
