I am 14 and want to start wearing makeup when I come back to school next year. I already wear mascara and eyeliner but everyone looks really pretty with foundation and stuff. Where would I go to pick makeup for my skin? Could I go to those makeup stands at the mall? Could I go any place to get it for free?
