This is baseless. If skin color is just alleles, then mutation of it can happen in any direction. White skin can mutate from black skin, black skin can mutate from white skin. Just like black hair can mutate from blond hair, or blue eyes can mutate from black eyes. Why people of black skin (notice I do not use "black" as a racial term) think they are ORIGINAL?
