Question by Becky W: Whats a good age to start wearing makeup?
I am 11 and I am not planning on wearing makeup but my friend who is also 11 told me that she is wearing clear mascara. I don't know if I should or not. It sounds kinda like a good idea but I am not sure. I have curled eye lashes but they are not very full. I think that if you can't she it it's not that big of a deal. I just want to know if you think I should wear clear mascara.
