Question by Jessica: when should a girl start wearing makeup?
my sister is in 6th grade and she is already wearing brown eyeliner, and alot of mascara. do you think it is an early age to be wearing eyeliner? she is only 12. she says her friend wears bronzer, mascara, and eyeshadow. i think thats crazy. how about you? when should they start wearing makeup?
