Question by Vintage: When is the appropriate time to start wearing eyeliner or makeup?
im in 7th grade, so don't judge me, i dont plan on wearing make-up anytime soon! i know a lot of soon to be 8th graders who wear makeup, eyeliner, mascara, in 7th grade (btw, it looks crooked,LOL). when is it normal to wear eyeliner or makeup, without making u look slutty.
